    Our 20,000 sq ft Bowling Green facility sits on 10 acres just off I-65 at Exit 26, with a 10,000 sq ft tasting room, a 65-foot wine bar, a full spirits bar, and four event spaces: the Reception Hall, the Outdoor Pavilion, the Pavilion Party Room, and the Hunts Lane Party Room.

01 · Paducah

Winery event spaces

  • One venue rental includes the Pavilion, Pergola, and adjacent covered outdoor area.
  • The Pavilion accommodates up to 170 guests.
  • Single-day rentals begin at $300; a three-day option is listed at $1,000.
  • A $150 deposit is required when the reservation is confirmed.
  • Purple Toad provides the event space, tables and chairs only. The client, their planner or their vendor arranges and moves the furniture. Purple Toad does not provide setup, linens or décor; those must come from the client or an outside vendor. Outside catering is welcome; Purple Toad provides alcohol service.

02 · Bowling Green

Event Center

  • The 5,400-square-foot Reception Hall accommodates up to 300 guests.
  • The Pavilion and Hunts Lane Party Rooms each accommodate up to 40 guests and can be combined.
  • Reception Hall: $300 for one day or $1,000 for Friday access for client or vendor setup, Saturday reception and Sunday access for client or vendor cleanup, plus a separate $500 refundable security deposit. Party rooms: $150 for one or $250 total for both on the same day, open to close.
  • Purple Toad provides the event space, tables and chairs only. The client, their planner or their vendor arranges and moves the furniture. Purple Toad does not provide setup, linens or décor; those must come from the client or an outside vendor.
  • Outdoor Pavilion (bookable on its own, about 150 guests): $250. Full catering kitchen available to rent: $250. A/V and sound beyond equipment already fixed in the room are not provided. Bar staffing: $30/hour; alcohol purchases are separate and arranged through Purple Toad.
