Choose from spacious indoor rooms and a covered outdoor pavilion for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private events.
Reception Hall
A 5,400-square-foot, climate-controlled event space for up to 300 guests.
Pavilion & Hunts Lane Party Rooms
Two 625-square-foot party rooms, each hosting up to 40 guests and available to combine.
Outdoor Pavilion
A covered space for ceremonies and gatherings for about 150 guests, available on its own or with another rental for $250. Access and availability are confirmed by our team.

Flat pricing. Request your date when you are ready.
Reception Hall: $300 for one day or $1,000 for Friday access for client or vendor setup, Saturday reception, and Sunday access for client or vendor cleanup, plus a separate $500 refundable security deposit. One party room is $150, or both rooms are $250 total for the same day, open to close. The Outdoor Pavilion and the full catering kitchen are optional at $250 each; bar staffing is $30 per hour. Submit your preferred date for an availability check.

A few things people ask first.
What is the guest capacity?
The Reception Hall accommodates up to 300 guests. The Pavilion and Hunts Lane Party Rooms each host up to 40 guests and can be combined for larger gatherings.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Events can be held in climate-controlled indoor rooms. The covered Outdoor Pavilion (about 150 guests, bookable on its own) and wraparound patio are also available for indoor-outdoor celebrations.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Outside food and caterers are welcome. The full catering kitchen rents for $250; bar staffing is $30 per hour. All alcohol is arranged through Purple Toad, including our wine and spirits and beer from our distributor. Alcohol purchases are separate.
Are tables and chairs included?
Purple Toad provides the event space, tables and chairs only. The client, their planner or their vendor arranges and moves furniture and handles setup, breakdown and decorating. Purple Toad does not provide furniture setup, a floor plan, a preferred layout, linens, additional furnishings, setup or breakdown labor, or day-of furniture coordination. Linens, décor and other event items must come from the client or an outside vendor. Staging, dance floors, A/V and sound beyond equipment already fixed in the room are not provided.
