Choose from spacious indoor rooms and a covered outdoor pavilion for weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private events.
Reception Hall
A 5,400-square-foot, climate-controlled event space for up to 300 guests.
North & East Rooms
Two 625-square-foot party rooms, each hosting up to 60 guests and available to combine.
Outdoor Pavilion
A covered space for ceremonies and gatherings, available for $250. Access and availability are confirmed by our team.

Basement reception area: $300 for one day or $1,000 for Friday setup, Saturday reception, and Sunday cleanup, plus a separate $500 refundable security deposit. One party room is $150, or both rooms are $250 total for the same day, open to close. Optional pavilion and kitchen rental are $250 each; bar staffing is $30 per hour. Submit your preferred date for an availability check.

What is the guest capacity?
The Reception Hall accommodates up to 300 guests. The North and East Party Rooms each host up to 60 guests and can be combined for larger gatherings.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Events can be held in climate-controlled indoor rooms. An outdoor pavilion and wraparound patio are also available for indoor-outdoor celebrations.
Do you provide catering and bar service?
Outside food and caterers are welcome. Kitchen rental is $250; bar staffing is $30 per hour. All alcohol is arranged through Purple Toad, including our wine and spirits and beer from our distributor. Alcohol purchases are separate.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes. Tables, chairs, and a basic setup are included. Bring your own linens or rent tablecloths for $15 each and chair covers for $5 each. Return the space to its original condition and arrangement after your event.
