Purple Toad Winery & Distillery — Paducah
A private-event inquiry without the booking maze.
This page is for weddings, receptions, showers, parties, reunions, meetings, and other private events at our Paducah location.
Purple Toad provides the event space, tables and chairs only. The client, their planner or their vendor arranges and moves furniture and handles setup, breakdown and decorating. Purple Toad does not provide furniture setup, a floor plan, a preferred layout, linens, additional furnishings, setup or breakdown labor, or day-of furniture coordination. Linens, décor and other event items must come from the client or an outside vendor. Staging, dance floors, A/V and sound beyond equipment already fixed in the room are not provided.
Looking for a guided visit through the working winery? That is a separate paid experience with its own live availability.

Before you inquire
What payments should I plan for?
For a single-day rental, $150 of the $300 rent is normally due at booking. For a weekend rental, $500 of the $1,000 rent is normally due at booking, plus a separate $500 refundable security deposit due on the schedule in your agreement. Your agreement will show what is due at booking and when the rest is due.
What is included with my rental?
We provide your reserved space, tables and chairs. You or your vendors arrange furniture and handle setup, décor and cleanup. Bring your own linens and décor.
Can I bring a caterer? How do drinks work?
Outside catering is welcome. Please tell your caterer there is no full kitchen. Purple Toad handles alcohol service, and guests and vendors may not bring outside alcohol. Beverage preorders are optional. The events team will confirm bar arrangements for your event.
Can I visit before I reserve?
Yes. Tell us when you’d like to visit in your inquiry and our Paducah team will help arrange a venue visit.
Paducah event inquiry
Send your event request directly to Paducah.
Complete the form once with your contact information, preferred date, approximate guest count, event type, and requested hours. Tell us which rental option you’re considering and the full time you need for setup through cleanup. If you have a backup date, include it too.
Venue visits are arranged by a Purple Toad employee after your inquiry. Submitting does not reserve a date or collect payment.
If the embedded form does not appear, open the Paducah event inquiry form.
