Online orders and delivery

• Orders of $65 or more receive free UPS Ground shipping when eligible. Under $65, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
• Wine ships to select eligible states. Spirits currently ship only within Kentucky, and alcohol deliveries require an eligible adult recipient.
• For a damaged, missing, or incorrect order, have your Purple Toad order number and clear photos of the box, label, and affected items ready.
• Read all shopping and shipping answers.

Flavors, ingredients, and stores

• See the current flavor menu for sweetness levels, tasting notes, and prices.
• Use Where to Buy for nearby retailers, then call the store to confirm a specific flavor.
• Chocolate Cream and Caramel Cream contain dairy and soy.
• If bottles look or taste different, send photos, your online order number, and each bottle’s lot or batch code—not the barcode.

Plan your visit

• Tastings are free and do not require a reservation. Please call ahead for groups of five or more.
• Paid production tours are offered in Paducah and use their own schedule. See tour details and availability.
• Private-event venue visits are arranged by an employee after you submit the appropriate location’s event inquiry.
• Paducah: Monday–Thursday 10:30 AM–6:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 10:30 AM–8:00 PM, Sunday 1:00–6:00 PM.
• Bowling Green: Sunday–Thursday 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, Friday–Saturday 10:30 AM–8:00 PM.

Weddings and private events

• Pricing and availability depend on the Purple Toad location, event date, approximate guest count, and hours needed.
• Use the dedicated Paducah event page or Bowling Green event page so the request reaches the correct location.
• The general support form is intentionally not used for private events.

Donation requests

• Organization name and website or nonprofit status
• Contact name and best phone number
• Event name or purpose and event date
• The item or support being requested
• Decision deadline
• Preferred pickup location: Paducah or Bowling Green

Donation requests are reviewed and are not confirmed until a Purple Toad team member approves the contents and pickup details.

Music, tastings, and retail partnerships

• Musicians should include the act name, preferred Purple Toad location, music style, available dates, and links to live samples.
• Off-site tasting requests should include the event date, location, expected guest count, and requested wines.
• Retailers should include the store name, city and state, contact information, and the products customers are requesting.
