  • The Pavilion accommodates up to 170 guests.
  • Single-day rentals begin at $300; a three-day option is listed at $1,000.
  • A $150 deposit is required when the reservation is confirmed.
  • Tables and chairs are included. Outside catering is welcome; Purple Toad provides alcohol service.

Event Center

  • The 5,400-square-foot Reception Hall accommodates up to 300 guests.
  • North and East Party Rooms each accommodate up to 40 guests and can be combined.
  • Rental estimates vary by space, day of the week, season, selected add-ons, and how soon the event date occurs.
  • Tables and chairs are included, with indoor and outdoor options.
  • A caterer’s kitchen is available, and all beverage service is provided by Purple Toad.
