Paducah Harbor is Purple Toad Winery's rich, dessert-style answer to a classic Port. Made from pure blackberry juice and fermented in the Port style, it's a bold, full-bodied Kentucky fruit wine with a higher 18% ABV and deep, concentrated blackberry flavor. At a 5 on our 0–6 sweetness scale, it's one of our sweetest pours - luxuriously sweet and made for slow sipping. Paducah Harbor earned a Bronze Medal at the 2025 Kentucky Commonwealth Commercial Wine Competition. Serve it in small pours, lightly chilled or at room temperature, as a dessert wine in its own right or alongside dark chocolate, blue cheese, or a slice of rich cake. Its higher strength and special-occasion character also make it a standout gift and a memorable way to close a holiday meal.
Serving & food pairings
Sweetness: 5 on our 0–6 scale, where 0 is dry and 6 is sweetest.
Serve chilled. Suggested pairings: dark chocolate, blue cheese, or blackberry desserts.

I lovePurple Toad Wine! Its so good. A friend gave me a bottle several years ago and its the only wine I buy now. I haven't found a flavor that I dont like. I have given it as gifts and it is always loved after they try it. I hope to visit this winery some day. If you haven't tried their wine, you need to!
