Blackberry Whiskey – Blended with Fruit Wine (80 Proof)

Our Blackberry Whiskey is a blend of non-chill filtered 4-year-old Kentucky bourbon and our signature blackberry fruit wine, bottled at 80 proof. This isn't a flavored whiskey in the traditional sense—it’s a true blend, where the depth of aged bourbon meets the natural sweetness and acidity of real blackberry wine.

The result is rich, vibrant, and layered: warm vanilla and caramel from the bourbon base give way to dark berry notes and a touch of tartness on the finish. The wine adds body and fruit without overwhelming the whiskey’s structure.

As with all of our spirits, the bourbon used is sourced but blended and bottled by hand at Purple Toad in Paducah, Kentucky. The barrels are aged a minimum of four years and remain non-chill filtered to preserve their original character.

This whiskey sits at the crossroads of traditional and experimental—accessible to new drinkers, but made with serious ingredients and intent.
