This 8-year Kentucky straight bourbon comes from a single hand-selected barrel chosen for its warmth, sweetness, and exceptional balance. Bottled at 94 proof and non-chill filtered, it reflects the best of our small-batch whiskey—expressed through the unique character of one standout cask.

Made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, this single barrel release leans into rich, dessert-like notes: caramel, toasted sugar, and vanilla oak lead the palate, with a soft undercurrent of warm baking spice and a mellow, lasting finish.

Each bottle was filled by hand at Purple Toad in Paducah, Kentucky. The barrel was sourced from a Kentucky distillery, but all proofing, bottling, and handling were done on-site under our DSP. No chill filtration. No blending. Just one barrel, chosen for its naturally sweet profile and inviting character.

Western Kentucky’s aging climate—with its wider seasonal swings—helps shape the depth and complexity of this release, making it a true expression of both place and patience.
