Our Peach Whiskey blends non-chill filtered 4-year-old Kentucky bourbon with our handcrafted peach fruit wine, bottled at 80 proof. This is not a flavored whiskey by additive—it's a true blend, where the natural sweetness of ripe peach is integrated with the structure and depth of aged bourbon.

The bourbon brings notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and light spice, while the peach wine contributes round stone fruit flavors and a gentle floral lift. The result is a smooth, well-balanced whiskey with a soft finish and just enough fruit to keep it bright without masking the base spirit.

The bourbon is sourced and aged at least four years, then blended and bottled by hand at Purple Toad in Paducah, Kentucky. We do not chill filter, preserving body and mouthfeel throughout the process.

This release is approachable and distinctive—ideal for sipping neat, over ice, or as a creative base in cocktails.
