This barrel-proof bourbon is bottled at its full natural strength of 118 proof, uncut and non-chill filtered. For each batch, we select the best barrels from our bourbon inventory—those that show more depth, balance, and character than the rest.

The mash bill remains the same as our other offerings (70% corn, 21% rye, 9% malted barley), but the barrels chosen for this release tend to express a warm, caramel-driven profile. Expect rich caramel up front, rounded sweetness, supportive oak, and a smooth, lingering finish with light notes of toasted grain and subtle spice.

Every bottle is hand-filled at Purple Toad in Paducah, Kentucky, straight from the blend with no filtration and no dilution.

As with all of our current bourbons, the barrels are sourced, but all production, batching, and bottling are handled in-house. We continue to distill under our own DSP, producing brandy and laying down future bourbon.
