Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Whiskey — Barrel Proof, 100 mL

A 100 mL pour of our double oaked Kentucky straight whiskey. Perfect for sampling, gifting, or tucking into a tasting flight without committing to a full bottle.

This bold Kentucky straight whiskey spent its first years aging in a used barrel before being transferred to a new charred oak barrel for several more. The result is a whiskey with deep character, pronounced oak influence, and a long, warm finish.

Bottled at full strength and non-chill filtered, this release highlights the natural complexity that comes from extended barrel time and double oaking. Expect rich layers of dark caramel, charred vanilla, and toasted oak, balanced by notes of baking spice and roasted nuts.

The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. While we didn't distill this whiskey ourselves, each barrel was hand-selected, proofed, and bottled on-site at Purple Toad in Paducah, Kentucky, under our DSP. No blending. No additives.
