Program Description
Dossey Vineyards LLC (d/b/a Purple Toad Winery) uses SMS messaging solely for internal account authentication. One-time passcodes (OTPs) and login verification codes are sent to authorized company staff when they access internal business systems, administrative portals, and e-commerce back-office tools. No marketing, promotional, or customer-facing messages are sent through this program.
Who Receives Messages
Only authorized employees and owners of Dossey Vineyards LLC receive messages under this program. Phone numbers are provided by the staff member at the time their internal account is created, and consent to receive authentication SMS is given as a condition of internal account access. All recipients must be 21 years of age or older.
Opt-In Method
Staff members opt in by registering their mobile phone number with their internal account during account setup. By providing a mobile number, the staff member agrees to receive authentication text messages from Dossey Vineyards LLC.
Message Frequency
Messages are sent only when a staff member initiates a login or a security-sensitive action. Frequency varies based on login activity.

Dossey Vineyards: Your verification code is 123456. Do not share this code. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Opt-Out
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at the address below.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply, based on the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
Privacy
Phone numbers collected for authentication are used solely for the purpose of verifying staff identity. Dossey Vineyards LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
