The result is a whiskey with deep character, pronounced oak influence, and a long, warm finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBottled at full strength and non-chill filtered, this release highlights the natural complexity that comes from extended barrel time and double oaking. Expect rich layers of dark caramel, charred vanilla, and toasted oak, balanced by notes of baking spice and roasted nuts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. While we didn't distill this whiskey ourselves, each barrel was hand-selected, proofed, and bottled on-site at Purple Toad in Paducah, Kentucky, under our DSP. No blending.
